Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers.
Withdrawal: You have fourteen days (14) to cancel the order, by the time you received it. Remember to send immediately an email to customer support or call us at the number on the home page and wait for our instructions.
You have 14 days to return the item purchased from the moment you press the intention to withdraw. Item must be returned without damage or tampering in its whole package including accessories and instruction booklets. Shipping is at your expense.
Within 14 days of receipt of the object, or objects, we give you back the amount paid excluding shipping costs incurred by us to send you the item. Orders for items not included in the catalog, such as customized products, do not apply it the withdrawal it conditions of shipment and delivery.
If the purchase is carried out between taxable persons, namely purchases with VAT, the right of withdrawal shall not apply as provided by law.
Full conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The customer to exercise the right of withdrawal must inform Fifty srl within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods by sending an email to info@arredoufficiodesign.it
or by calling the number listed on the home page. The customer within 14 calendar days will be required to make available to Fifty srl the object, or objects, in their original packaging (see below) for collection by the courier in charge of Fifty srl. The costs of the return shipment will be charged to the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods Fifty srl will verify that the products have maintained the original condition as follows. The transfer of the amount will be made to the law within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the goods specified in the order form and who has made the payment of sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of amounts in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be performed by the Fifty srl, in any case, against those who made the payment. If the returned products have not kept condition, have been tampered with or damaged, the buyer agrees irrevocably that Fifty srl reserve itself not to proceed with the transfer of the amount making the customer freight collect only non-conforming products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products should not be used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag of the product, when required, for example in clothing, has yet to be applied to products in original and not tampered. Products must be returned intact, without damage or tampering, in their original packaging including accessories, the manuals and maintenance, warranties and whatnot, sealed articles for audio, video, books and any article that opening the package can compromise the future use which, only by way of example: creams, perfumes, detergents, soaps. If the packs contain multiple elements (eg electronic items for which are provided for additional components such as battery chargers, cables), these must be returned in full. The buyer acknowledges and accepts that irrevocably Fifty will receive returns of items in the same order at different times. The products must be returned to Fifty srl in a single delivery. Fifty srl in case of exercising the right of withdrawal has the right to not accept the return of products that have been modified from their original and / or status or have been damaged.
